Triunity Engineering and Management, Inc. (Triunity) is looking or a talented Project Scheduler to join one of our clients in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Triunity is an engineering program/construction management firm with offices in Denver CO, Los Angeles CA, and Seattle WA.  Since 2003, Triunity has partnered with local, regional and state transportation and transit agencies and A/E firms in the design‐build of transportation systems.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform all functions and duties of a Document Controller for the MBTA PTC project.
  • Assist project team members with the use of the TeamCenter documentation management tool.
  • Assist project team members with Teamcenter issues.
  • Check the format of documents to ensure proper template is used prior to Author’s submission of their documentation to Teamcenter.
  • Formally verify all technical documents required to be submitted to the customer per contract.
  • Create transmittals/sign off for projects and submit documents to the customer.
  • Obtain customer comments against the documents and submit them to the corresponding Authors of the documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least one (1) years experience with the Teamcenter software tool.
  • Experience or formal education regarding SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to understand directives from the Project Manager in order to get documentation submitted on time.
  • Professionally mature, able to take direction, highly productive, works independently.
  • Self-starter, not afraid to ask questions, motivated, proactive.
